Delete my data

SkullWyke (games.shum.skyllwyke) stores one thing about you on our server, and only if you used the online leaderboard: your leaderboard entry. There is no user account to close — no email, no password, no profile.

What gets deleted

Your leaderboard entry, in full and permanently:

your player identifier from Apple Game Center or Google Play Games;
the captain name shown next to your score;
your best score and the time it was last updated.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Nothing is kept in a "deleted" state and nothing is retained afterwards.

How to request deletion

By email

Write to support@shum.games with the subject “SkullWyke data deletion”, and tell us the captain name shown next to your score in the leaderboard, plus whether you play on iOS (Game Center) or Android (Play Games).

We will remove the entry and confirm by reply. Requests are handled within 30 days, and normally much sooner. You do not need to have the app installed.

What is not affected

Your progress and settings — gold, ships, language, sound — are stored only on your own device, never on our server. To erase those, delete the app from your device. Deleting your leaderboard entry does not touch your local progress, and deleting the app does not by itself remove your leaderboard entry.

Your Apple Game Center and Google Play Games accounts belong to Apple and Google. We cannot modify or delete them; use those companies' own settings for that.

SkullWyke (games.shum.skyllwyke) хранит на нашем сервере ровно одну вещь — вашу запись в таблице лидеров, и только если вы ею пользовались. Учётной записи, которую нужно было бы закрывать, нет: ни почты, ни пароля, ни профиля.

Что удаляется

Запись в таблице лидеров целиком и безвозвратно:

идентификатор игрока из Apple Game Center или Google Play Games;
имя капитана, которое показывается рядом с результатом;
лучший результат и время его последнего обновления.

Удаление необратимо: ничего не остаётся «в удалённом виде» и не хранится после.

Как запросить удаление

По электронной почте

Напишите на support@shum.games с темой «SkullWyke data deletion». Укажите имя капитана, которое отображается рядом с вашим результатом, и платформу — iOS (Game Center) или Android (Play Games).

Мы удалим запись и ответим подтверждением. Срок — до 30 дней, обычно значительно быстрее. Установленная игра для этого не нужна.

Что не затрагивается

Прогресс и настройки — золото, корабли, язык, звук — хранятся только на вашем устройстве и на наш сервер не попадают. Чтобы стереть их, удалите игру с устройства. Удаление записи в таблице лидеров не трогает локальный прогресс, а удаление игры само по себе не убирает запись из таблицы лидеров.

Аккаунты Apple Game Center и Google Play Games принадлежат Apple и Google — мы не можем их изменять или удалять, для этого используйте настройки этих компаний.
